Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns via calls, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and detailed information about products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply).

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good customer handling and support knowledge.
• Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Flexible to work from office and night shifts.
• Candidate must reside within 15 km radius of the work location.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs
