• Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of claims
• Follow up on outstanding balances on patient accounts
• Take appropriate actions based on claim status
• Maintain professional communication with a neutral accent

• Graduates Freshers
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with Night Shifts
• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Positive attitude and flexibility towards work
