Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat.
• Assist international customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers to 1 year of experience in Customer Support/BPO preferred.
• 12th pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Candidates comfortable interacting with international customers preferred.
