Job Summary:

UnifyCX is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process in the Telecom domain. The role involves handling inbound international customer calls, resolving service-related issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle international inbound voice calls for telecom customers
• Resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
• Provide clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to process guidelines
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience (mandatory)
• out of which 6 months of Telecom exp is mandatory
• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
