ELIGIBILITY

Freshers

• Only BCA / BE / B.Tech graduates can apply
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Experienced Candidates

• 10th qualification and above can apply only with EXP
• 1 year & above experience in Technical Support / Technical Voice
• Technical background is mandatory
• International voice experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for skilled Technical Support Voice professionals to provide technical assistance and support to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps
• Provide technical assistance and support over voice
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance user satisfaction
