Customer Service Associate International Chat Process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate information.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Achieve key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Education: 10+2 is mandatory.
• Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 13 years of relevant experience can also apply.
• Prior customer service/chat process experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
