Process: Voyager Inbound Voice Process
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
We are looking for Malayalam-speaking candidates with good communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
Job Details
- Process: Inbound Customer Service
- Language Requirements: Malayalam,
- Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 8:00PM (Any 8-hour shift)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English
- Customer service skills and a positive attitude
Salary Details
- Freshers: 15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 19,000 per month
