Shift: Night Shift

Key requirements:

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, employee services, or case management environments.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR systems, case management platforms such as ServiceNow, and reporting tools including Excel.
• Functional Knowledge: Understanding of employee lifecycle transactions, HR service delivery, case handling, and process controls.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Works effectively with other HR teams to ensure dependent actions are completed smoothly.
• Service Quality Orientation: Maintains a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and SLA adherence in every case handled. Continuous Learning: Builds knowledge of HR policies, systems, and service practices to improve performance over time

• Execution Skills: Ability to handle multiple case types independently while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
