Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves interview coordination, candidate communication, recruitment support, and onboarding coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to build or advance their careers in HR and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Communicate interview details, timings, and recruitment process updates to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update interview schedules, candidate trackers, and recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team with daily hiring activities.
• Coordinate interview slots and ensure timely communication.
• Assist with candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination.
• Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
