Walk-in || Hiring For HR Recruiter - NON-IT Healthcare

• Job Postings & Sourcing: Design and update job descriptions, publish openings on job boards, and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and social channels.
• Screening & Interviews: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, video, or in-person interviews, and administer candidate assessments.
• Candidate Management: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey, manage feedback, and deliver job offers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department and hiring managers to forecast future staffing needs and refine selection criteria.
• Onboarding & Records: Assist with new employee onboarding, run background/reference checks, and keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases accurate.
• Metrics & Branding: Track recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire) and help promote the company as an employer of choice.

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar corporate/agency recruitment role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Naukri, Linkedin), resume databases, and online sourcing platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
