Walk-in || Hiring For HR Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

• Sourcing potential Candidates through job portals mainly in Naukri
• Additional sourcing experience through job fairs ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
• Handle direct Walk-in.
• Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
• Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
• Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
• Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility :

• Chennai based Female candidates only.
• Any Graduates.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment only.
• Freshers will not considered.
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
• Any regional languages proficiency is an added advantage
• Should be a multi tasker & team player.
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates
• Immediate Joiners only
