• 3 to 4+ years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM) / Leave of Absence (LOA)
• Strong communication skills

CL 12

• Any domestic HRO experience with 1.5 to 3 years
• Good communication skills
• Experience in EDM, WFDA, LOA, Payroll, or related HR Operations preferred

CL 9/10 Talent Acquisition

Key Requirements

• US Recruitment experience
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• IT or Non-IT hiring background
• Stakeholder management experience
• Team handling/people management experience
• Cost management exposure
• Strong communication skills
• Min 5 to 12 years of experience in US end to end recruitment

Location & Shift Mandate

• Candidates must be comfortable working from BDC 10
• US Shift (5:00 PM to 6:00 AM rotational)
• 100% Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
