Job Role

• Sutherland is hiring freshers for the Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associate role in the Neighbor Solutions / Community Support team.
• The role involves helping customers with:
• Device setup and configuration
• Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
• Basic technical troubleshooting
• Customer queries and technical support
• Identifying and resolving customer issues
• Escalating complex issues when required
• Providing a professional and positive customer experience

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• High School Graduate / Diploma / Currently pursuing College or University
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers, devices and technology
• Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and network connectivity
• Good typing and grammar skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
