Venue : Pondicherry (Venue details will be shared through Calls or whats app)

Job descriptions:

• Provide prompt and detailed support to customers via chat, email, and calls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer effective solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve problems.
• Build strong product knowledge and offer advanced troubleshooting.
• Act as the customers advocate by identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and consistent service.
• Handle voice interactions and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Support customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Document and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in college.
• Freshers and 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Typing speed: 30 WPM for voice and 32 WPM for chat.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Interest in consumer technology and experience troubleshooting devices.
• Basic knowledge of networks/Wi-Fi.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
