• Perform data entry, record keeping, and documentation tasks.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be comfortable with data entry, reporting, and Excel features (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Willingness to work Australian shift hours: 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
