About this role
Salary upto 6.5LPA
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital queries
Resolve Demat/DP, holdings, balances and statement related queries
Handle trade, order status, contract notes and settlement queries
Support funds & securities movement requests
Manage cases end-to-end with timely and accurate resolution
Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, SOPs and data privacy requirements
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline | Finance/Commerce preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in Securities/Capital Markets, Brokerage, DP or Trading Support
NISM Series VII Certification Mandatory
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Trading, Demat & Settlement processes
