Role & responsibilities:

• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed Languages  English & Tamil/ English Malayalam & English Kannada.
• Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
• Need to adhere to the shift adherence

Salary:

HSC/Graduate Fresher : CTC 19,000 PM,

HSC/Graduate with 6-month experience CTC 24,000 PM

KPHB, 4th Phase, NSL Centrum Mall, 2nd floor.
