Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Review and correct data entry errors.

• Perform data validation and cross-check information against source documents.
• Generate basic reports and maintain daily/weekly data records.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Follow company procedures and data entry standards.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed and accuracy is essential.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
