Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  

• Salary (In-Hand):
  • HSC & Graduate (2025) Fresher: 16,600/month
  • 1+ Year Experience: 19,000/month

• Shift: Day Shift
  • Female: 8 AM 8 PM (Any 10 hours)
  • Male: 8 AM 11 PM (Any 10 hours)

• Working: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
