• Job Role:
  Handle customer queries, complaints & requests over Email related to CIBIL Score and CIBIL Reports.
  Resolve customer enquiries/complaints within the defined timeline.
• Eligibility:
  • Graduation is Mandatory
  • 2–3 Years of experience on paper required
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
• Salary (In-Hand):
  • 2 Years Experience: 21,000/month
  • 3 Years Experience: 24,000/month
  Plus Incentives
• Shift Timings:
  • Male: 8 AM – 11 PM (Any 10 Hours)
  • Female: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 10 Hours)
• Working: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
