Hiring: Associate Billing Payment Posting (US Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
• Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and paper EOBs.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments, contractual adjustments, denials, and other adjustments according to payer guidelines.
• Reconcile payment amounts with remittance details and identify discrepancies.
• Handle payment posting for electronic fund transfers (EFT), checks, and other payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, adjustments, and outstanding balances.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality and comply with applicable HIPAA requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing, preferably in Payment Posting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets in a team-oriented environment.
