We are hiring experienced AR Callers (Accounts Receivable Callers) for the US Healthcare/RCM process.

Experience Required: 4 to 8 years

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Shift Timing: Mid Shift 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Salary: Up to 40,000/month (based on experience)

Mode of Interview: Walk-in

For female one way cab - Drop alone (limited areas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling insurance companies (US) to follow up on outstanding claims
• Analyzing and resolving claim denials/rejections for timely payment
• Taking appropriate action on claims based on aging and priority
• Documenting call summaries and actions taken accurately
• Meeting daily/monthly productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of relevant AR Calling experience (US Healthcare)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of denial management and claims follow-up
• Willingness to work in the specified shift
