Key Requirements and Responsibilities

• Passionate about hiring and targets
• Understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with the candidates
  
• Salary During Training: 21,000-25000 CTC per month
  6 days working
• Graduation mandatory
• Languages : English with Kannada/Tamil
