Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.

Qualifications

• High school or Any Graduation
• Proficiency in Hindi language.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult calls and manage stress effectively.
