1. Location: Noida (Sector 60, 62 and 63) & Gurugram (Sector 18 & 19)
2. Qualification: Any Graduate Fresher or UG with Experience for International and Any 12th pass Fresher / Experience for Domestic.
3. Age Limit: Max. 30
4. Immediate Joiners Preferred
5. Schedule: 6 days working and 1 rotational week off (Domestic) and 5 days working and 2 rotational weeks off (International)
6. Cab Facility: Available in Gurugram (International Role - Subject to hiring zone)
7. Salary: Subject to Communication Skills & Process
8. Noida - 15k to 25k CTC (Fresher) and Up to 40k CTC (Experience)
9. Gurugram - 15k - 24k CTC (Fresher) and Up to 30k CTC (Experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via Voice and Non-Voice channel.
• Identify customer problems, research root causes, and provide solutions using internal knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex or specialized issues to floor managers when necessary.
• Record complete, precise details of every customer interaction, ticket status, and resolution in CRM tools.
• Meet target metrics such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), privacy regulations, and quality/scripting guidelines.
