Walk-in || Health Officer- Persistency

Role & responsibilities

• Drive renewal of expiring health insurance policies through outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Improve policy retention and persistency ratios by ensuring timely renewals.
• Educate customers on policy benefits, coverage enhancements, and renewal advantages.
• Generate new business through cross-selling and upselling health insurance products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and coverage enhancements.
• Leverage existing customer relationships for referrals and lead generation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in Renewals, Persistency, Retention, Telesales, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
