Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely filling of open positions.

• Responsible for managing the entire human resources department and aligning the workforce strategy with overall business goals

• Ability to take work pressure and complete the project as per client time line.

• Direct and supervise the HR team (including recruiters) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
