Walk-in || Head Business Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and dealership teams.
• Develop and expand the GOEEN dealership and distributor network.
• Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure achievement of vehicle sales and revenue targets.
• Develop effective sales plans for electric two-wheelers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Production, and Management teams.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and processes.
• Drive customer acquisition, dealer engagement, and market penetration.
• Train, motivate, and improve the performance of the sales team.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: 815 years of relevant sales experience.
• Industry: Preference for candidates from the Automobile / Two-Wheeler / EV industry.
• Candidates currently working or previously worked with Honda, Hero, TVS, Bajaj, Yamaha, Suzuki, or other reputed automotive brands will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dealership and channel sales.
• Proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
