Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
• Handle queries, feedback, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to support smooth patient services.
• Guide visitors regarding appointments, facilities, billing, and other hospital services.
• Maintain good communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Follow hospital policies, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
