Role & responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism at the entrance or lobby.

• Guide people through registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing areas.

• Help patients navigate complex hospital layouts and departments

• Act as a bridge between patients/attendants and clinical or administrative teams.

• Assist with smooth indoor admission and discharge processes.

• Give clear information regarding hospital policies, visiting hours, and available amenities.

Qualification: Any Graduation
