Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to convert ideas into attractive visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, and promotional creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Design branding materials, including logos, presentations, company profiles, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with the marketing, HR, and business development teams to understand design requirements.
• Create designs for educational programs, courses, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Edit images and create basic video creatives or motion graphics, if required.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, colours, fonts, and visual style.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently as well as in a team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certification or practical experience in graphic design will be an added advantage.
