Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience to translate brand concepts into eye-catching visual art across digital, social, and print channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of typography, composition, color theory, and layout design. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, social media managers, and art directors to produce creative assets for diverse client portfolios (including QSR, retail, and corporate brands).
Role & Responsibilities
- Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, web banners, email templates, carousels, and print collaterals (brochures, posters, packaging).
- Brand Identity Execution: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to individual brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes while keeping designs fresh and engaging.
- Campaign & Concept Ideation: Collaborate with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm visual concepts, storyboards, and creative hooks for marketing campaigns.
- Layout & Typography: Master text layouts, visual hierarchy, image selection, and photo manipulation to create high-converting ad concepts.
- Asset Prep & Hand-off: Prepare print-ready artwork, export web/social assets in optimized formats, and hand off elements to video editors and web developers as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency background or creative portfolio is highly preferred).
- Mandatory Requirement: A strong Design Portfolio demonstrating creative layout skills, branding projects, typography usage, and social media designs.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteprimarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic After Effects is a strong plus).
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of grid systems, visual composition, color theory, and modern digital design trends.
- Mindset: Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable to varied client tones, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner (able to start right away).
