Walk-in || Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting various creative and marketing initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• Design creative artworks for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.
• Create posters, banners, brochures, presentations, standees, and other visual communication materials.
• Develop engaging creatives for internal communication, events, employee engagement activities, and campaigns.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and graphics as required.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to understand design requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, typography, and layout skills.
• Good understanding of color theory and branding.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work is mandatory.
• Experience in social media creative designing.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
