Walk-in || Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and professional graphics for social media, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, internal communications, and other business requirements.
• Create brochures, posters, banners, standees, flyers, certificates, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop visually engaging creatives related to pathology, diagnostic services, health awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Design and edit high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, colour formats, and alignment as per printing requirements.
• Modify and resize existing designs according to different digital and print media requirements.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, HR, Operations, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
• Maintain consistency with the company's branding, logo usage, colour palette, typography, and overall visual identity.
• Edit images, remove backgrounds, retouch photographs, enhance image quality, and perform other graphic-editing requirements.
• Create innovative and engaging visual content for social media platforms and online campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy of text, images, layouts, and branding elements before final approval or publication.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, source files, images, templates, and other creative assets.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and apply creative ideas relevant to the healthcare and diagnostic industry.
• Support the organization in developing new creative concepts and visual communication materials as required.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert concepts into professional visual content.
• Knowledge of print and digital design requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
