Walk-in || Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and create professional and attractive brochures, project profiles, flyers, leaflets, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative designs for real estate projects, property campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Create high-quality digital and print creative for social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative on time.
• Ensure all brochures and marketing materials maintain consistent branding, professional layouts, and accurate project information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent skills in brochure design and preparation are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in designing real estate brochures and marketing materials will be an added advantage.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
