Role & responsibilities

• Collection of candidate documentation.
• Initial validation and verification of candidate documents.
• Follow-up with candidates  for pending documents.
• CTC stack up sharing to the candidate. 
• Offer letter and appointment letter drafting with complete accuracy 
• Sharing the offer and appointment letter draft for approval and follow up on the same
• Meeting the business urgency to release the offer and the appointment letters within TAT
• Preparation and publishing of MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher HR Graduate who is available to join on immediate basis
