Walk-in || Graduate Trainee - Business Development / Lead Generation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and qualify business leads through LinkedIn, online portals, databases, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Track daily lead generation activities and performance.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the lead-generation process.
• Work towards assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Interest in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Candidates with prior B2B lead generation experience will have an added advantage.
