Job Description Gold Valuer (GV) & Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Gold Valuer (GV) – Key Responsibilities

• Check and evaluate the purity and quality of gold as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate gold valuation and support the loan disbursement process.
• Maintain and update all required gold-related registers and records.
• Handle vault access and security procedures as per company policy.
• Manage branch activities in the absence of the Branch Manager (BM), wherever assigned.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.
• Support customer acquisition and business generation through branch and market activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper handling of pledged gold.

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.
• Generate new customers through field visits, references, and local market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility, and related processes to customers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Support branch-level customer service and business development activities.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
