Job Description

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in the gold loan sector is responsible for sales, customer engagement, and relationship management,

focusing on sourcing new customers, building loyalty, and managing loan portfolios to achieve revenue targets. Key duties include promoting gold loan products,

appraising gold, processing loans, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, sales skills, basic financial knowledge, and a passion for customer service in the banking or NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Sourcing new customers and expanding the gold loan client base.

Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth for the branch.

Cross-selling other financial products to existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Managing the customer lifecycle, from initial inquiry to loan disbursal and follow-up.

Loan Operations:

Explaining gold loan products and convincing customers to avail them.

Conducting gold appraisals and evaluating loan applications.

Processing loan applications, ensuring timely disbursal of funds.

Managing collections and following up with overdue customers.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Maintaining accurate records, reports, and transaction details.

Coordinating with internal audit teams to ensure satisfactory reports
