Job Description GFC Drawing Architect / Draftsman

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural GFC and working drawings for apartments, villas, and high-rise projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.

Required Skills:

• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
• Revit/SketchUp knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience in residential real estate projects is preferred.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
