• Walk-in Venue: Pegasus Two, Plot No. A 8A, Sector 132, Noida, U.P. 201304
• Graduation: B.com/M.com/MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
• Experience: 2+ years (in RTR Domain - Month end closing, consolidation, Trial balance analysis; Financial statement analysis, P&L analysis, GL reconciliation, P&L, Balance sheet, Journal entries
• Shifts: ANZ

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
• Ensure adherence and meeting the important metrics / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit results and timely submission of evidences in line with requirements
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer satisfaction and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Only B.com/M.com/MBA Finance/CA are eligible
• Meaningful work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Candidates with CA Inter degree & Relevant work experience in General Ledger
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Scope for working under different ERP packages JDE & SAP
