Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations, coordination, marketing support, administration, and strategy to drive business growth.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and goals.
  
• Oversee daily sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

• Optimize room occupancy rate, Event booking and ODC through digital marketing strategies and B2B follow-up
