Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall hospital operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Monitor operational efficiency, patient experience and service quality.
• Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs and operational processes.
• Manage manpower planning, departmental coordination and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, cost control and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with senior management for strategic and operational decisions.
