Role & responsibilities

Agentic AI & GenAI Engineering- Design and build Generative AI and agent-based applications, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, APIs, and orchestration workflows.- Implement single-agent and multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Microsoft Agent Framework.- Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize agent access to enterprise tools, APIs, data sources, and prompts.- Leverage Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to enable secure inter-agent communication, task delegation, and collaboration.Embeddings, Retrieval, Chunking & Memory- Design and implement embedding strategies for semantic search and retrieval.- Apply chunking strategies (fixed, recursive, semantic, structure/layout-aware, metadata-aware) optimized for document type and use case.- Integrate vector databases and stores (managed or open-source) and tune indexing, filtering, hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vectors), and reranking strategies.- Implement agent memory patterns (short-term conversational memory, long-term vector memory, episodic/task memory) with lifecycle controls (TTL, redaction, minimization) aligned to risk expectations.Python Engineering for AI Applications- Develop production-grade services using Python with a strong grasp of typing, packaging, testing, and performance profiling.- Build async-first APIs and services using frameworks like FastAPI (or Flask where appropriate), leveraging Pydantic for data validation, schema contracts, and serialization.- Build lightweight user experiences and operational dashboards using Streamlit for rapid prototyping and internal-facing tools.- Implement robust observability patterns (structured logging, tracing, metrics) for AI apps and agent workflows.ML & Visualization Foundations- Apply Python ML ecosystem skills (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn as needed) to support embeddings, evaluation, and data preparation.- Build clear visualiz
