Job Role: Generative AI Trainer

Department: Training / Education

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct training sessions on Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Train students on AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Explain prompt engineering and effective AI interaction techniques.
• Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions with real-time examples.

2. Curriculum Development

• Develop structured Gen AI training modules and learning materials.
• Prepare presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Regularly update course content based on emerging AI trends and technologies.

3. Practical Training & Projects

• Guide students in implementing AI tools in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct live projects, case studies, and practical demonstrations.
• Train students on AI applications in content creation, marketing, business operations, research, and automation.

4. Student Mentoring

• Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
• Support students in completing projects and building portfolios.

5. Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure students achieve the expected learning outcomes.

6. Industry Updates

• Stay updated with the latest Generative AI tools and technologies.
• Introduce industry-relevant use cases and best practices.
• Help students understand how Gen AI skills can be applied in different career paths.

7. Training Operations

• Maintain daily training reports and student attendance.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams.
• Ensure timely completion of the training syllabus.
