Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead with 68 years of experience in software application development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, Angular or React, JavaScript, backend technologies, and database management, along with practical exposure to AI concepts and applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end software solutions while mentoring team members, maintaining code quality, and ensuring timely delivery of technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and other relevant backend technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement customer-facing user interfaces and backend services aligned with business requirements.
• Develop responsive and adaptive applications compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance.
• Apply AI concepts and relevant AI tools or technologies to enhance application functionality and development efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Own code quality, architectural decisions, design direction, and technical debt management.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
• Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, modern development frameworks, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, and server-side application development.
• Proficiency in Angular or React and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web design.
• Experience with at least one additional backend technology or framework, such as PHP, Laravel, or Java.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, application architecture, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts and experience applying AI in recent projects.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EC2 and S3.
• Strong understanding of debugging, application performance optimization, security, and code quality practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 68 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Tech Lead, or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development activities, mentor team members.
