Walk-in || Front Office Receptionist

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
• Handle front desk and reception activities.
• Attend incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
• Guide patients regarding OPD, doctors, departments, appointments, and hospital services.
• Manage patient registration and appointment-related activities.
• Coordinate with different hospital departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records and necessary documentation.
• Handle patient queries and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
• Support billing, insurance, and other front-office processes when required.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive patient experience.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Hindi, Marathi, and English communication skills preferred.
• Healthcare/hospital experience will be an added advantage.
