Walk-in || Front Office Executive -Only Male

The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors by managing reception activities, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries. The role ensures a smooth and positive patient experience while maintaining professional communication and coordination with various hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Register patients accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for consultants and diagnostic services.
• Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, consultation timings, and procedures.
• Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and email communications promptly.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance details during registration.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient registrations and appointments.
• Manage patient queues and ensure smooth patient flow at the reception area.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Follow hospital policies, customer service standards, and quality guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / BBA / BHM / MBA / MHA / MHM.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Hospital Front Office, Reception, Patient Relations, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
