This role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance companies
• Analyze and resolve claim denials
• Update claim status with accurate notes
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
