Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform non-voice back-office operations as per process requirements.
• Accurately enter, verify, and update data in the system.
• Review and process customer information, documents, and records.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the defined timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve process-related queries.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets consistently.

Shift Details

• Shift Timing: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM(Only Male Candidates)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Only Male Candidates

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with active arrears are also welcome to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are preferred.
• Good written communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
